ADVANCED PROGRAMMING
We use CAD-CAM as the basis for advanced programming of our production methods. This software allows us to generate efficient and accurate machining paths, optimising cycle times and ensuring high-quality finishes. Thanks to its power and versatility, we can simulate the entire process before sending it to machine, minimising errors and ensuring optimal performance from the very first part.
3D MODELLING AND PRINTING AS TECHNICAL SUPPORT
As part of our commitment to quality and process optimisation, we strategically use 3D printing technology during the project preparation phase. This tool enables us to create physical models from 3D designs in record time. Thanks to these prototypes:
- We can conduct a visual and functional analysis of the parts before machining.
- We can evaluate areas that are critical or difficult to machine, detecting possible interferences or improvements.
- We can verify measurements, adjustments, and tolerances with greater precision in a phase prior to chip removal.
- We can advance the programming of our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) over the printed model, reducing validation times during quality control.
Furthermore, this capability gives us a strategic advantage in terms of communication, both internally and with the client, as the physical model enables us to better visualise the project’s technical needs and align expectations before entering production.
